Bramwell Properties was established July 2005 to service the building and construction industry as a point of difference focusing on quality within the constraints of agreed budgets and to carry out all works in a safe and efficient manner.

Bramwell Properties has carried out and offers technical expertise, built solutions and direct building services over a diverse range of construction areas and sizes including residential, government, commercial, retail and industrial areas.

Bramwell Properties offer core construction services from a one off individual discipline such as administration, to a full service project of design, project management and build.

We hold a medium-rise builders licence with the QBCC and have been members of the Queensland Master Builders Association since 2005.

Whilst holding a Building Degree and a current builder’s licence in his own right, our Managing Director Tim Smith was also an Associate Member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors for many years.

Now in our sixteenth year of operation our focus continues to be the building and construction market in South East Queensland and primarily the design and build of luxury homes and the servicing of the commercial construction industry.
